Terms and conditions are required to bind two parties, namely you (the client) and us (the company) (Pathfinder Treks And Expedition). You should read the terms and conditions before booking your trip to understand the company’s policies and value system.

You can book the trip through our official website or you can directly contact us. The contract is sent to you through email. Reservations are available for the trips listed (ride, tour, peak climbing).

A confirmation email is sent to you. Booking requires paying for the entire trip, which includes the schedule, hotel, meals, and travel experience.

You must pay a 10% deposit when making your reservation. If you want us to organize your departure, you must also pay the flight charges. You can save 5% if you book one month (30 days) before the trip’s departure. If the time is fewer than 30 days, however, you must pay the whole amount.

According to the company, the remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the final departure date. The contract will be terminated if the money is not received on time.

When your journey is over, you’ll know what it’s like to buy a travel experience. Only the services listed on our official website and pages are subject to liability. Nothing else exists. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Exceptional Condition: A lifetime deposit is accessible in the event of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. Only in an emergency is it possible. You must provide us with proof of your illness, such as medications if you are sick (medical).

The only person that receives the reservation is the person whose name was used when it was made. In the future, you will be able to reserve the same vacation package. You must, however, add any price adjustments (increment) if they exist. We can’t replace it with anything else since it’s too pricey.

Payments for Booking trip:

You can pay the booking fee online. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

Paying in person at our office is also an option.

If you have already paid the full amount, there is no way to get a discount or a reimbursement. Increases in airfare, fuel costs, and operations costs may cause price changes. You will be charged for covering the increment if you did not pay the whole amount during the bookings.

Reduced prices may also occur as a result of municipal fee reductions and the cancellation of any day programs scheduled during the trip. If you haven’t paid the balance, you will only be required to pay the amount when a certain percentage has been deducted.

It also assists in the resolution of any future legal challenges that may occur. As a result, terms and conditions help to establish a positive relationship between you and us. The following terms and conditions should be understood:

Booking Condition

For the confirmation of the reservation, we require a deposit of 10%, 20%, 25%, or 100% of the total cost of the excursion for each person, which must be paid while booking from the website. The percentage of the booking is determined according to the trip cost. And also, send your passport details, which are required for the permits, hotel, and flight bookings. You may pay the deposit through one of the payment methods which we provide during booking. 

The remaining amount should be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before you commence your trek/tour/activities.

Note: During the total payment, bank service charges of 4% are levied by the clients at the time of deposit.

Contract:

You will receive a formal confirmation Email or Message after you have paid the trip deposit. A contract is formed here.

However, we ask that you review it and double-check that the information matches what’s on your passport. Please let us know if you see any errors or omissions.

If you make a reservation on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to guarantee that all of the other participants have signed the contract. You will be the person to whom the company will attempt to contact if there are any modifications to the agreement.

All unpaid payments will be held on you. It also assumes that you will go over the confirmation message and double-check that there are no errors or gaps in the data. It’s vital since the Company won’t be held liable for any errors or omissions that occur after the booking process is completed.

Medical Requirement:

If you have any specific medical issues, please let us know throughout the booking process. Any contract signed by someone who has a mental illness is legally void. As a result, if we find out, you could lose all of your money after paying for the trip.

Asthmatic patients, persons of a certain age, pregnant women, and children have a harder time walking and walking. You should mark this as a customer right away in the form.

Medicines and equipment will be arranged according to your need. You must write it out loud and clear.

Insurance:

Travel insurance is a must-have item when going on a trip. Deaths, illnesses, accidents, medical bills, and emergencies should all be covered by insurance (aircraft rescue). You should be able to submit documentation at the time of your request. Travel Insurance is not Compulsory but for your safety and secure it is mandatory. If you didn’t, we will continue the trip all suddenly happen things are on your hand.

Amendments:

You should be aware that Himalayan treks are difficult. Your only options may be farmhouses, home stay, and tea houses. We will ensure that the services and meals provided are hygienic and safe, even though the location cannot give you the highest level of luxury.

If there are any domestic flight delays, you will be well taken care of. You are free to go to a nearby restaurant or any other location.

Outdoor events may be rescheduled if the weather changes suddenly during the day. The client is solely responsible for the international flight delay.

Documents Required:

You must verify that your Visa and passport are both valid. Make certain you are aware of all visa requirements. We can get you a Bhutan and Tibet visa if you send us a color-scanned copy of your passport and a passport-sized photo.

We, as a company, will not be held liable if your admission is rejected due to an expired visa or a lack of documentation.

Photographic Permission:

During the tour, the company reserves the right to photograph the customers ( with consent, of course). The images can be used in promotional materials such as brochures,Social Media and websites by the company.

Your feedback or comments will be saved for future use by the company.

Cancellation of booking:

One of the requirements is that you give valid proof of the reason for your travel cancellation. We’ll look into the situation and examine it, as well as explore percentage cuts:

  • First and foremost, if you cancel your trip within 30 days of the scheduled departure date, we will only charge you a non-refundable cost of 20%.
  • You will be charged 50% of the service price if you cancel your trip between 7 and 29 days before your departure.
  • If you fail to notify us of any changes and do not show up for the trip, your cash will be reimbursed in full.
  • You may be entitled to a life deposit in the conditions described above (exception)
  • There are no refunds for not using services such as housing or food.
  • If the Trip Start and the Client wants to cancel the trip in the middle then there will be no refund.
  • If the Trip Is affected in middle by a natural disaster like a flood, landslide, snowfall, or Avalanches then there will be no refund in such case. Most of the payment was done already for the trip and all those payments are not refundable.

By Company:

  • The employer has the right to cancel the trip before the start of the contract.
  • If the firm cancels the trip before it begins due to lock downs, natural catastrophes, or unforeseen situations such as war, weather, riots, and so on, you will be refunded.
